NOERA GOLD

Gold-denominated wealth management

Primary measure: grams or ounces of gold · Relevant system: Iran or Global Intelligence

NOERA GOLDILLUSTRATIVE VISUAL
INVESTOR PROBLEM

The investor problem

Gold-denominated wealth management is designed for investors who do not define success only through nominal local-currency appreciation and require a disciplined mandate.

01

Current approach

Passive holding or fragmented decisions may ignore relative risk and opportunity.

02

NOERA objective

Translate relevant intelligence into reviewable allocation, execution and reporting.

03

No guarantee

Active management may underperform and base units may decline.

OBJECTIVE

Objective and numeraire

The primary measure is Grams or ounces of gold. Fiat values and other benchmarks are complementary, not substitutes.

All values in this prototype are illustrative and must not be treated as live before validated data integration.

Measurement IntegrityDeposits, withdrawals, fees and valuation change are separated.

THE MANDATE IN PRACTICE

One unit of account, decided first

The mandate fixes the unit before the instruments. Objective, opportunity set, risk budget and benchmark are then all expressed in that same unit, so a result cannot look good in a currency the investor does not live in.

01Unit of account fixed before instruments are selected
02Risk budget and tolerated drawdown stated in that unit
03Benchmark relevant to the mandate, agreed before activation
MARKETS

Opportunity universe

Only eligible, liquid and mandate-compatible instruments enter the universe.

INTELLIGENCE

Relevant intelligence system

This product uses Iran or Global Intelligence. Output from the other system does not enter the mandate without mapping and validation.

01
Regime

The prevailing market environment.

02
Relative Preference

Comparison of opportunities.

03
Risk & Invalidation

Risk budget and conditions for change.

MANDATE

Management and execution

Allocation operates inside agreed instrument, exposure, liquidity and risk-budget constraints.

01

Strategic

Base framework and benchmark.

02

Tactical

Regime- and evidence-dependent changes.

03

Human Approval

Material decisions remain accountable and auditable.

Ownership, permission scope, pause and revoke are identical across all four mandates and are set out in full on the Investor Model page.
REPORTING

Reporting and performance

The Portal displays performance first in Grams or ounces of gold and then in complementary views.

All values in this prototype are illustrative and must not be treated as live before validated data integration.
REPORTINGSAMPLE · AS OF —

ActivityDecision, order, execution and reconciliation.
EvidencePublic rationale, counter-scenario and outcome review.
RISK

Risks and limitations

Return or base-unit growth is not guaranteed. Market, model, execution, liquidity and infrastructure risks must be understood.

1

Market Risk

Loss and drawdown are possible.

2

Model Risk

Regime or preference may be wrong.

3

Infrastructure Risk

Broker, custody, data or connection can fail.

SUITABILITY

Who is it for?

The mandate suits investors who understand the base numeraire, horizon and product risk and have compatible account infrastructure.

For

Medium- or long-term horizon, acceptance of active risk and eligible account.

Not for

Guaranteed return, guaranteed protection or trade-by-trade micromanagement.
FAQ

Questions investors ask first

Why measure a portfolio in grams?
Because an investor who thinks in gold has not gained anything from a portfolio that rises in rial while falling in grams. Gold fixes the unit first and judges every decision against it.
Which intelligence system drives it?
Either Iran or Global Intelligence, depending on the instruments and infrastructure available to the investor. Output from the other system does not enter the mandate without explicit mapping.
What are the main risks?
Premium and discount behaviour in domestic gold instruments, custody and delivery constraints, currency interaction, and regime shifts in the metal itself.
Is any return guaranteed?
No. Gold states its risk budget and tolerated drawdown in gold terms, and every figure in this prototype is illustrative.
TALK TO NOERA

Speak with a mandate specialist

If the route is still unclear after Quick Fit, a specialist can walk through the unit of wealth, the risk budget and the account infrastructure that would actually apply to your situation — before any application is submitted.

NEXT STEP

Intelligence creates value when it becomes disciplined, controllable and reviewable action.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This site is a design prototype of the NOERA platform. All market data, portfolio values, performance figures, states and timestamps shown are illustrative and are not connected to any live data source. Nothing displayed represents actual past performance, and past performance would not indicate future results in any case.

A prediction is not a guarantee. Output from the NOERA systems expresses probability, not certainty; every prediction carries its own invalidation condition and may not materialise. Past accuracy is not a guide to future accuracy.

Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, fund, commodity, currency or digital asset, nor is it investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Suitability depends on individual circumstances; investors should take independent professional advice before acting.

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Allocation and diversification do not protect against market risk or loss. No NOERA mandate offers a guaranteed or targeted return. Digital-asset mandates carry additional venue, custody, liquidity and regulatory risk, and materially larger drawdowns than traditional mandates.

Capital remains in an account owned and controlled by the investor. NOERA does not request or hold withdrawal authority. Management permissions are scoped, visible, pausable and revocable, and are governed by the signed mandate and the fee terms recorded in it.

NOERA Iran Intelligence and NOERA Global Intelligence are independent systems. They share governance and evidence standards, not data, features or model logic, and are coordinated only at the strategic mandate layer.
