INVESTOR-CONTROLLED MANAGEMENT

Your capital. Your account. Your control.

Professional management should not require transferring ownership or withdrawal authority. NOERA separates investor, broker, management and reporting roles.

RELATIONSHIP

Relationship architecture

Four roles with explicit responsibility.

01

Investor

Account owner and contractual party.

02

Broker / Custodian

Asset holding and execution confirmation.

03

NOERA

Intelligence and management within mandate.

04

Reporting & Evidence

Reconciliation, reporting, fees and audit.

PERMISSIONS

Permission Matrix

Capabilities are labeled allowed, mandate-limited, confirmation-required or not allowed.

DimensionDefinition
ReadOnly for reporting and reconciliation.
TradeOnly eligible instruments and limits.
Withdraw / TransferNever allowed for NOERA.
Your capital never changes hands
OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL

Your capital never changes hands

Professional management should not require you to give up ownership. The account, the custody and the withdrawal right stay with you; NOERA holds an analytical and instruction mandate that you can narrow, pause or revoke.

01Capital stays in an account you own and control
02Withdrawal authority is never requested or granted
03Permission scope is visible, pausable and revocable
CONTROL

Pause, revoke and change mandate

Three distinct actions with different effects.

01
Pause

Stops new actions; open positions follow mandate.

02
Revoke

Removes access; no default automatic liquidation.

03
Change Mandate

New version, consent and effective date.

VISIBILITY

Visibility and reporting

A dashboard is not enough; data must be reconciled, time-stamped and linked to decisions.

All values in this prototype are illustrative and must not be treated as live before validated data integration.

SEPARATION OF ROLES

Management without transfer of ownership

The investor keeps the account, the custody and the withdrawal right. NOERA holds an analytical and instruction mandate, and the broker or venue executes and settles. Because the three roles never merge, permission can be narrowed, paused or revoked without moving a single asset.

Management without transfer of ownership
Permission scope — withdrawal authority is never granted
MUTUAL TRUST

Trust works both ways

The investor delegates management without transferring capital; NOERA operates without withdrawal authority and relies on transparent fee terms.

Investor trust

Agreed mandate and risk.

NOERA trust

Payment of calculated fee and respect for framework.
SECURITY

Security and failure states

Permissions, sessions, connections and incidents need clear status.

1

Least Privilege

Minimum necessary access.

2

Failure State

Broker disconnect, stale data and mismatch.

3

Audit Trail

Change and resolution history.

FAQ

Questions investors ask first

What exactly can NOERA do inside my account?
Read positions and activity, and place instructions within the agreed mandate. Nothing else. Withdrawal is set to No at the permission level, not merely as a policy promise, and the current scope is visible in the Portal at all times.
How fast can I pause management?
A pause is requested in the Portal and moves through a visible state — requested, then effective — with the timestamp recorded. Existing positions are not liquidated by a pause; new instructions simply stop.
How are fees calculated?
On a stated basis agreed in the mandate: gross result, hurdle, high-water mark and rate. Every fee entry in the ledger carries the calculation support and the agreement version it was computed under, and can be disputed inside the Portal.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Failure states are defined in advance — connection loss, reconciliation mismatch, execution error, data staleness — each with an owner, an expected response and an escalation path. They are shown to the investor rather than resolved silently.
TALK TO NOERA

Speak with a mandate specialist

If the route is still unclear after Quick Fit, a specialist can walk through the unit of wealth, the risk budget and the account infrastructure that would actually apply to your situation — before any application is submitted.

NEXT STEP

Intelligence creates value when it becomes disciplined, controllable and reviewable action.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This site is a design prototype of the NOERA platform. All market data, portfolio values, performance figures, states and timestamps shown are illustrative and are not connected to any live data source. Nothing displayed represents actual past performance, and past performance would not indicate future results in any case.

A prediction is not a guarantee. Output from the NOERA systems expresses probability, not certainty; every prediction carries its own invalidation condition and may not materialise. Past accuracy is not a guide to future accuracy.

Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, fund, commodity, currency or digital asset, nor is it investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Suitability depends on individual circumstances; investors should take independent professional advice before acting.

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Allocation and diversification do not protect against market risk or loss. No NOERA mandate offers a guaranteed or targeted return. Digital-asset mandates carry additional venue, custody, liquidity and regulatory risk, and materially larger drawdowns than traditional mandates.

Capital remains in an account owned and controlled by the investor. NOERA does not request or hold withdrawal authority. Management permissions are scoped, visible, pausable and revocable, and are governed by the signed mandate and the fee terms recorded in it.

NOERA Iran Intelligence and NOERA Global Intelligence are independent systems. They share governance and evidence standards, not data, features or model logic, and are coordinated only at the strategic mandate layer.
