How do you measure wealth?

The relevant mandate begins with the investor’s numeraire, horizon, risk and account infrastructure—not with a product name.

THE MANDATE IN PRACTICE

One unit of account, decided first

The mandate fixes the unit before the instruments. Objective, opportunity set, risk budget and benchmark are then all expressed in that same unit, so a result cannot look good in a currency the investor does not live in.

02Risk budget and tolerated drawdown stated in that unit
03Benchmark relevant to the mandate, agreed before activation

UNIT OF WEALTH

The mandate begins with the unit, not the product

A portfolio that grows in rial while the investor measures wealth in gold has not created wealth. NOERA fixes the measure first — rial, dollar, gold or Bitcoin — and only then selects instruments, risk budget and benchmark. Four mandates exist because four honest answers to that question exist.

FAQ

Questions investors ask first

How do I know which mandate applies to me?
Start from the unit you already measure wealth in, not from the product name. Quick Fit asks for that unit, your objective, your horizon and risk capacity, and the account infrastructure you can realistically use, then names a suggested route and an alternative.
Can I hold more than one mandate?
Yes. Identity, documents and security are captured once; each mandate then carries its own application, risk budget, benchmark and fee basis. A second mandate never requires a second account.
What is the benchmark for each mandate?
A benchmark relevant to that mandate’s unit and opportunity set, agreed before activation. A gold mandate is not judged against a rial index, and a Bitcoin mandate is not judged against a dollar deposit rate.
Is any return guaranteed?
No. No mandate carries a guaranteed or targeted return, and every mandate defines the drawdown it is designed to tolerate, the conditions under which it stops, and the failure states that trigger review.

If the route is still unclear after Quick Fit, a specialist can walk through the unit of wealth, the risk budget and the account infrastructure that would actually apply to your situation — before any application is submitted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This site is a design prototype of the NOERA platform. All market data, portfolio values, performance figures, states and timestamps shown are illustrative and are not connected to any live data source. Nothing displayed represents actual past performance, and past performance would not indicate future results in any case.

A prediction is not a guarantee. Output from the NOERA systems expresses probability, not certainty; every prediction carries its own invalidation condition and may not materialise. Past accuracy is not a guide to future accuracy.

Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, fund, commodity, currency or digital asset, nor is it investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. Suitability depends on individual circumstances; investors should take independent professional advice before acting.

Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Allocation and diversification do not protect against market risk or loss. No NOERA mandate offers a guaranteed or targeted return. Digital-asset mandates carry additional venue, custody, liquidity and regulatory risk, and materially larger drawdowns than traditional mandates.

Capital remains in an account owned and controlled by the investor. NOERA does not request or hold withdrawal authority. Management permissions are scoped, visible, pausable and revocable, and are governed by the signed mandate and the fee terms recorded in it.

NOERA Iran Intelligence and NOERA Global Intelligence are independent systems. They share governance and evidence standards, not data, features or model logic, and are coordinated only at the strategic mandate layer.
